Simon Worboys - Director

Simon is the principal technology consultant for TNN. Simon has worked in the IT industry since 1995 after many years as a PC user and keen hobbyist. With Microsoft (MCSE, MCPS, MCNPS, MCTS) and Cisco certification he is able to integrate technology from multiple vendors to provide solutions for many varied business requirements.

Wes Bale - Level 3 Support Technician

Wes brings experience to the team dating back to 2006, with Industry certifications in Enterprise Mail, Networking, Datacentre Virtualisation, Server configuration and other specific technologies from a range of vendors including Microsoft and VMware. He has the technical knowledge to implement the systems to achieve your desired business outcomes.

Shaun Morgan - Level 2 Support Technician

Shaun is relatively new to the professional IT industry having begun his professional career in 2013, before that he was an avid PC user for 7+ years. Prior to IT Shaun has had extensive experience providing customer service and management in the retail sector. Shaun holds a current Microsoft Certified Professional (70-680 Certification) and also a diploma in IT (ICA50111).

Nat Poulson - Level 1 Support Technician

Nat is a born and raised local from Maclean, with a passion for computers ever since he was a child. He's worked for a variety of businesses in the Northern Rivers, and has completed a number of courses, ranging from his Diploma in Information Technology (Systems Administration), to a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment. Nat serves as TNN's first point of contact, assisting clients with the utmost courtesy and care.

Margaret Coffey - Office Manager

Margaret has an extensive background in Administration/Finance Management, most recently within the Telstra Licensed Store environment. She has also worked in the banking industry for a number of years. Originally from Goulburn and Grafton, Margaret has recently returned to the Northern Rivers area, after living in Banora Point for a number of years.
